UAE:

Our aim is to deliver your purchase as soon as possible and in great condition. We deliver all over the UAE. A flat fee of USD 5 (AED 18) will apply. Please allow 1-4 working days for your delivery. Kindly fill in your address and contact details correctly to avoid any delays.

GCC and Rest of the World 

All our deliveries are done by our trusted third-party courier Aramex.

We offer the following flat rate shipping fees depending on the destination.

GCC : 15 USD 

Middle East : 15 USD

Europe : 15 USD 

Asia : 20 USD

USA & Canada : 30 USD

Australia & New Zealand : 30 USD 

Most countries are covered in these regions, however should your country of residence not be listed, we kindly request you to send us an email at info@zisou.co and we will advise you the delivery charges by courier. 

Please keep in mind that you may be charged other charges such as customs duties by your country of residence. Delivery fees and other charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be paid upon delivery. 

Returns & Exchange 

All sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or returns unless the product is defective. In this case, please take a picture of the default, and email this to info@zisou.co. The purchase must be returned with its original packaging and a refund is requested within two weeks of purchase. 

Kindly note that our handmade items sometimes show minor imperfections, that are normal in the nature of these products and add to the storytelling charm of a  handmade product.

Gifts Exchange

We accept exchange from a gift purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase. You can contact us to exchange the item, with proof of payment. After this date no gift exchange will be accepted.
